The Boston Breakers announced today they are partnering with the Andover Soccer Association (ASA) to launch the Boston Breakers Academy program, aimed at players aged 8-12 years.

“As an organization we are delighted to be partnering with Andover Soccer Association to launch a Boston Breakers Academy program,” Boston Breakers General Manager Lee Billiard said. “ASA follows the same development philosophy we have; it makes for a great partnership. We look forward to developing their players, coaches, and the partnership over the years.”

The Academy program will be “targeting players who need/desire extra development and advanced training to supplement what they do within their local community soccer program.” Players who are part of the Academy will continue to play with their current home teams, while gaining the extra training and experience the Academy will offer.

“The Breakers Academy will bring world class professional athletes to Andover to teach, train, and inspire our youth players and coaches,” Andover Soccer Association Board Member John Billings said. “Andover Soccer is looking forward to creating a strong ongoing partnership with the Boston Breakers organization.”
